Description: A web server implemented in pure Tcl.
 TclHttpd works out of the box as a Web server, but is really designed to be
 a Tcl application server.
 It supports HTML+Tcl templates, and is extensible in a variety of ways.

 For added security, this daemon does not run as root, and therefore listens only on port 8015.
 It is suggested xinetd, rinetd, redir or ipchains be used to redirect port 80 to port 8015 if this
 is desired.
